So @toms_nutrition I took the challenge... and if I stick to today's meal plan.. this is how my week evens out with the weekend included. 
My big blow out Friday night - alcohol of course - has meant I have averaged over my calorie allowance. Now not by much, but by enough. It's interesting to see. 
Now I am set to 1200cals as this was  calculated using my BMR and the calculators provided (not myfitnesspal).. although I used mfp to track! 
So my lesson this week? Really consider what those big blow outs are doing to my journey. And if I want to do it again? Maybe I need to bank a few more calories during during the week and/or reintroduce exercise into my daily regime!

So although I had a great loss this week - which will be due to water weight, bloating, hormones (yes Joy's of the female form) and everything else - it still shows how everyday counts!  #healthyeating #eatinghealthy #caloriecounting #1200cals #weightlossjourney #losingweight #weightlossjourney #countcalories #movemore #mfp #myfitnesspal #eatless

It’s been a slow process but I haven’t given up. As they say...slow progress is better than no progress. After my three weeks @kohfitthailand I’ve been staying consistent and making better choices and I’m down 5lbs since then. I also feel much fitter and stronger and generally more healthy. I’ve just signed up for another, starting on Monday. Time to get serious and get it done. 
My starting weight is 2 stone 2 lbs heavier than my ‘after’ pic here (yet 2 stone 3 lbs less than the heaviest I got - so I’ll take that as progress!). I’ve taken my before pics (again) and will share them one day when I’m feeling brave.
