It’s been a slow process but I haven’t given up. As they say...slow progress is better than no progress. After my three weeks @kohfitthailand I’ve been staying consistent and making better choices and I’m down 5lbs since then. I also feel much fitter
Snacks over the course of the afternoon! Finishing under calories.. but I am ok with it because a) I am not too hungry today so riding the wave and b) I over indulged last night so a healthy dose of left over calories should help to off set it. #heal
