Happy Thursday! Hazelnut chia cardamon granola with blackberries and tahini this morning. I added a spoonful of @pipandnut crunchy peanut butter too because nothing says get me to the end of the week like double nut butter. How to 👇 It's a beautiful day here and I've been out running in the sun. Still not quite right but I'm keeping the faith. Hope you're having a good week and have a lovely day. 💟💟💟 To make : - Toast 1/4 cup oats in a pan for a minute or two.
- Add hazelnuts, ground cardamon, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds sunflower seed and pumpkin seeds to the pan and toast for a further minute.
- Turn off the heat and add a heaped teaspoon of agave and stir well.
- Spread out on parchment paper to cool and sprinkle with sea salt.
