A common complaint among my clients is lower back pain due to tension in the glutes. A major cause of this tension is sitting for long periods of time; it is best to try to limit that as much as possible. These four stretches are great for releasing tension in the upper glutes and lumbar area. Cycle through all four stretches (alternating sides) for two rounds. Hold each stretch for 10-20 seconds the first round and 20-40 seconds on the second. I hope this helps!
